Pricing explained simply
Every church is different. Ministry complexity drives our workload, so pricing starts with a minimum monthly rate for each tier:
Each plan has a starting rate ($500, $900, or $1,400/month).
Your exact rate depends on your pastoral staff (FTEs)—those in ministry roles like senior pastor, associate pastors, youth pastor, children's director, worship pastor (not support roles like admin or facilities).
Here’s the formula we use (so there are no surprises):
Shepherd’s Watch: $125 base + $125 per pastoral FTE
(minimum $500/month)Ministry Support: $225 base + $225 per pastoral FTE

Each subscription also includes a one-time setup fee equal to your first month’s payment.
