We prepare payroll inside your provider (Gusto, QBO Payroll, ADP) based on hours and data you approve. Payroll gets done accurately and on time without pulling you away from running the business. You remain the employer of record, account owner, and final approver. Includes up to 5 workers. $10 per worker after that.
Invoicing Support

Setup of recurring invoice templates, product and service lists, or client-specific billing workflows in QBO. Ongoing invoice processing quoted by volume and complexity. Not a flat rate because no two setups are the same.
Cleanup & Catch-Up
From $750
Behind on your books? We scope the work after reviewing the file so you know exactly what it will cost before we start. Minimum $750 for files one to three months behind. Larger projects quoted on review. Monthly service follows cleanup so the problem does not come back.

ICNU Books handles the books, the close, the reports, and the insight layer. We do not prepare income tax returns, perform audits or attest services, provide legal or HR advice, or handle client funds of any kind.
For churches and nonprofits: offering collection, counting, deposit runs, and any custodial function involving physical cash or donor funds stay with your internal team and controls. We reconcile what you record. We are never in the room when the money moves.
