How Pricing Works
Not sure how to calculate your FTEs?
We use non-program staff as a proxy for complexity.
Include employees whose primary role is administration, finance, HR, development, or operations.
You can exclude front-line program staff like:

• Case managers
• Outreach workers
Have blended roles? Just ask—we’ll help you find a fair, simple solution.
We charge based on organizational complexity—measured by the number of full-time support staff (FTEs) and your desired level of our involvement.
You’ll see:
A flat monthly fee based on the number of FTEs
A one-time setup fee (equal to your first month)
A monthly minimum based on the tier you choose

Pricing is based on your operational complexity, measured by the number of support staff on your team (finance, HR, admin, development—not program-facing roles like teachers or case managers).
We use a simple formula:
Base Price + (Per-FTE Rate × Number of Support FTEs)
